We are keen to work in partnership with and not against letting agents where it’s a win win for all parties and ultimately leads to a sustainable rewarding relationship.
The conventional relationship model of agent to landlord isn’t replaced by Capsula but on the contrary enhanced and unpinned by our service excellence and willingness to partner.
We share the mutual objective of satisfied landlords and tenants and to this end we will reward you through the promise of tenants finder fees, receipt of the initial finders fee from the landlord and if there is an existing management fee in place we shall respect that too.
The role of the agent need not be in conflict with Capsula Living and our duty as the property and tenant manager is solely focused on working collaboratively and successfully with you in cohesion throughout the rental and letting process.

Benefits of working with us:
- The tenant fee ban of June 2019 has no impact on your engagement with us as a limited company. This means you are still able to charge your normal tenant fees.
- As an agent you’ll still receive the initial finders fee from the landlord.
- As an agent you’ll receive a tenant finder’s fee in the event that you find the tenant.
